First responders understand commitment. They also know the cost of another overtime shift, another side job, and another evening away from home. Founder Jared Lee knew that tradeoff firsthand.
Frontline began with a question: how do we create more options for the people who spend their lives serving everyone else?
That question became a real estate team, a buyer program, a path into the business, and a community willing to show up for its own.

First responders, neighbors, businesses, and volunteers filled Canal Street. Raffles, music, food, Pass the Boot donations, and support shirts turned that turnout into help for the family—with donations and support continuing after the event.

The Frontline Agent Academy was created to give first responders a structured introduction to real estate. The larger team provides a place to learn, practice, and develop with people who understand the demands of the job.
