If a firefighter, police officer, EMT, paramedic, dispatcher, veteran or their loved ones face injury, illness, loss, a mental-health struggle or unexpected hardship, you can speak up. You don't need all the answers. You just need to reach out.

WHEN JAROD NEEDED HIS COMMUNITY, THEY SHOWED UP.
After Jarod Hare was seriously injured, first responders, neighbors, volunteers, local businesses and friends rallied around Jarod and Mikaila. Support took the form of meals, donations, events, shirts and people simply showing up.
The community raised more than $37,000 for the Hare family. When Jarod came home, the people who had supported them were there to welcome him.

Four organizations are standing together because support should not depend on one person, one department or one campaign. Each brings a different way to help families and strengthen the frontline community.
Frontline to Field
Frontline to Field supports military members, veterans, first responders and youth athletes through mental-health education, wellness and resilience programs. Its baseball clinics connect mentorship and teamwork with the broader mission.
Legacy of Honor
Supports veterans, first responders and their families with direct assistance and initiatives including Operation Christmas Blessings.
End of Shift Apparel
Provides purpose-built apparel and family event shirts. For dedicated first-responder family event-shirt campaigns, 100% of the shirt proceeds goes to the featured family.
Frontline Legacy Group
First responder- and military-built Ohio real estate team that has donated over $40,000 to first responder families in need through community support initiatives. This is Frontline Legacy Group's impact, not a combined total for all four partners.
