TWO STAGES. ONE MISSION.
Now accepting Ohio applicants. Start with full KSCORE prelicensing education scholarship review, or enter the team conversation as a licensed agent. The Field Academy develops the practical skills needed to serve clients.
KSCORE.
GET LICENSED.
Frontline's KW affiliation provides a full KSCORE education scholarship for participating Ohio candidates. Kaplan delivers the required prelicensing classes.
- 100 hours of qualifying prelicensing education covered

FRONTLINE.
BECOME FIELD READY.

*KSCORE scholarship eligibility and approval are governed by the participating Keller Williams Market Center. Ohio license application, state examination and background-check fees are not included. Frontline Field Academy is internal team training and does not grant or replace an Ohio real estate license.
THE EDUCATION. COVERED.
Applications are open. Through our Keller Williams Greater Metropolitan affiliation, approved Ohio participants receive a full scholarship for qualifying KSCORE prelicensing education delivered by Kaplan.
YOUR NEXT CHAPTER SHOULD NOT START WITH A TUITION BILL.
Picture building a business around the shifts and the people who matter most. Our Keller Williams affiliation opens the door: an approved KSCORE scholarship covers the Ohio prelicensing coursework taught by Kaplan. You bring the commitment; after earning your license and joining Frontline, our Field Academy builds the real-world skills.
- Full KSCORE scholarship for approved qualifying participants
- Kaplan coursework and required in-class exams included
- State licensing fees, exam, application and background checks separate
- KW scholarship participation does not guarantee a Frontline team position or license
THE FULL EDUCATION PATH
Course requirements: Ohio Revised Code §4735.09. School enrollment, examinations and state licensing are separate steps; confirm current terms and eligibility before enrollment.
SIX LEVELS. NONE GIVEN.
Training begins after licensing and team onboarding. We evaluate real competence, not time served. Select any level to see what advancement requires.
Build your foundation.
Learn the Frontline standard, Ohio transaction basics, client-care expectations, and the Business Planner.
Evidence: Orientation, foundational knowledge, systems setup and FTO review.
Lessons, SOGs, examples and guided demonstrations.
Practice the same workflows used with real buyers and sellers.
Assessments, practical work and Field Training Officer sign-off.
Leadership reviews documented evidence before promotion.
Orientation is the entry point to team onboarding. These six development levels are internal Frontline distinctions, not additional state licenses. Advancement depends on current documented standards and team approval.
KEEP THE SHIFT. BUILD THE LEGACY.
You're not being asked to leave the fire service or trade one career for another. Frontline was built by people who know the station schedule, the missed holidays and the family behind the uniform.
- Coaching and service standards that account for shift schedules
- The Frontline Business Planner, Daily Planner and practical tools
- FTO accountability, real-world assignments and next-step clarity
- A mission focused on first responders, military and their families
NOT A SHORTCUT. A STANDARD.
Some Academy candidates need a license. Others already have one. Everyone needs a clear path and the right expectations.
NOT LICENSED YET?
Apply now for an Ohio Academy review and the full KSCORE prelicensing scholarship. Complete the separate state licensing process before beginning team Field Academy training.
ALREADY LICENSED?
Discuss Frontline team fit and the post-licensing Field Academy. You do not need to retake Ohio prelicensing education to join a team.
STILL SERVING?
Build a business around the realities of first responder schedules, service obligations and your family—without abandoning the calling.
GOOD QUESTIONS. REAL ANSWERS.
Is Frontline Agent Academy available outside Ohio?
No. This Academy pathway is offered in Ohio only. Frontline Legacy Group's other real estate services and activities may have a broader footprint, but the Academy described on this page is Ohio-only.
Is the Academy accepting students right now?
Yes. Frontline Agent Academy is now accepting applications from Ohio candidates. Whether you are beginning with KSCORE prelicensing education or are already licensed, use the dedicated Ohio Academy application page to begin your review. Frontline team acceptance and KSCORE scholarship approval are separate decisions; submitting an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance or licensing.
Does Frontline provide or issue my real estate license?
No. State-approved education is delivered by Kaplan through the KSCORE opportunity where available, and the State of Ohio oversees its licensing process. Frontline Field Academy is an internal team training and development program.
Is KSCORE a full scholarship through Frontline?
Yes. Through our affiliation with Keller Williams Greater Metropolitan, Frontline offers the full KSCORE prelicensing education scholarship to approved participating candidates in Ohio. The required Kaplan coursework and in-class course exams are covered. State licensing exam, application, fingerprinting/background check and other licensing fees are not part of the scholarship. Enrollment is subject to KSCORE and Market Center approval.
What if I already have an Ohio real estate license?
Yes. Licensed Ohio agents can apply now and discuss Frontline team fit and Field Academy onboarding without repeating prelicensing courses. Training placement and access are determined by the team.
Can I stay active in my first responder career?
Yes. Frontline was built by first responders who understand the demands of service and family. Scheduling arrangements and team responsibilities are reviewed individually, and neither role eliminates the professional obligations of the other.
What determines advancement through the six levels?
Verified learning, practical execution, FTO evaluation, documentation, and leadership approval. Time alone is not a promotion standard. Levels are internal development designations, not Ohio licensing credentials.
