One eligible and verified standard referral earns one contest entry. One eligible and verified warm introduction earns two contest entries. Participants may submit multiple referrals provided each referral represents a unique person and otherwise satisfies the promotion requirements.
A valid referral must represent a real individual personally known by the referring participant who may have a legitimate real estate question, buying need, selling need or future real estate need. The participant must have permission to provide the individual's contact information to Frontline Legacy Group.
A warm introduction requires the participant to directly connect the referral with Frontline Legacy Group through a group text, email, direct message, telephone introduction, in-person introduction or comparable direct connection.
Duplicate, fabricated, fraudulent, unauthorized or unverifiable referrals may be disqualified. Frontline Legacy Group reserves the right to verify submissions before adding them to the final drawing pool.
No purchase, real estate transaction, listing agreement, buyer representation agreement, mortgage application, closing or purchase of any other product or service is required to win.
