Advancement Standard

Advancement Is More Than Production.

High sales volume does not automatically create an Authority or Elite Agent. Every advancement review considers the full standard below.

02
Execution
Using systems correctly, communicating clearly, completing workflows, and serving clients with consistency.
03
Production
Demonstrating appropriate activity, conversion, pipeline ownership, transactions, and business stability for the level.
04
Professionalism
Maintaining compliance, communication, preparation, accountability, reliability, and respect for clients and partners.

Separate Leadership Development

Agent Level Does Not Equal Leadership Position.

The Leadership Track prepares qualified agents to lead people, territories, markets, and national systems. Entry requires a separate review and approval process.
An agent may be an excellent producer without holding a leadership role. Leadership requires additional standards in communication, coaching, accountability, judgment, culture, and organizational ownership.
LEADERSHIP 01
Team Leader
Leads agents, reinforces standards, supports accountability, develops culture, and executes the team operating system.
LEADERSHIP 02
Territory Leader
Builds a market, supports local agents, develops partnerships, protects brand consistency, and grows Frontline within an assigned territory.
LEADERSHIP 03
Regional Director
Supports multiple territories, develops leaders, strengthens market-center relationships, and drives regional consistency and expansion.
LEADERSHIP 04
National Director
Builds national systems, protects the platform, develops regional leadership, and advances Frontline’s long-term national mission.

Orientation Questions

Know What To Expect.

How do I know where I should begin?
New and unlicensed agents normally begin at Recruit. Licensed agents complete Frontline onboarding and receive an appropriate starting plan. Experienced agents may request a placement assessment. Leadership candidates complete a separate leadership review.
Can experienced agents skip the Recruit level?
Experienced agents may be placed above Recruit after assessment. They still complete required Frontline-specific orientation, program training, SOG review, technology setup, and any identified development gaps.
Do I have to complete in-person shadowing?
No. Frontline supports agents across multiple states, so the pathway is built around weekly FTO check-ins, assignments, roleplay, system demonstrations, documentation, coaching, and mentor or FTO sign-offs rather than mandatory geographic shadowing.
Does reaching a level automatically give me a leadership role?
No. Agent levels recognize development and capability. Team Leader, Territory Leader, Regional Director, and National Director are separate organizational roles requiring additional review, training, performance, and leadership approval.
When do I receive an academy certificate?
Badges are earned throughout the six-level pathway. The only certificate is the Frontline Agent Academy Graduate Certificate, awarded after full Elite Agent completion and graduation approval.
How do I request advancement?
Review the requirements for your next level, complete the official checklist and required sign-offs, then submit an advancement request. Leadership may approve promotion, place the request on hold, or assign an improvement plan.
Start At The Right Level. Build The Right Way.
Begin orientation, request an experienced-agent placement assessment, or submit an advancement review when you have completed the requirements for your next level.
