The field path
Know what good looks like before you are expected to deliver it.
Each phase has a clear objective, practical checkpoints, and an exit standard. The checklist remains available locally, while the academy, quiz, evidence, KPI, and review record sync securely when you sign in.
Days 01–30 / Foundation
Learn the standard.
Understand the mission, master the tools, and demonstrate that you can operate inside the Frontline system.
Build a reliable foundation in culture, compliance, systems, Buyer Edge, and client communication.
Orientation complete, systems active, quiz passed, and FTO confirms readiness for live fundamentals.
Report to the mission.
Know who Frontline serves, why it exists, and what the standard requires.
Know the system.
Learn the Frontline way of moving a client from first conversation to clear next step.
Demonstrate readiness.
Show that the standard is usable—not just understood—before stepping into live execution.
Days 31–60 / Execution
Perform the fundamentals.
Turn training into consistent action: conversations, follow-up, appointments, open houses, and clean client service.
Build repetition, confidence, and accountability around the activities that create opportunities.
Fundamentals are being performed consistently, documented correctly, and reviewed weekly with the FTO.
Start the rhythm.
Establish the weekly operating standard and make activity visible.
Serve the moment.
Practice the client-facing fundamentals with preparation, clarity, and ownership.
Own the fundamentals.
Show that your activity and client service can be repeated without constant prompting.
Days 61–90 / Production
Build a repeatable business.
Connect your standards, activity, relationships, and client experience into a business you can sustain.
Build a visible pipeline, consistent prospecting rhythm, and personal operating plan.
FTO and team leader can see the activity, systems, service habits, and next 90-day plan behind your business.
Build your position.
Clarify who you serve, how you help, and where your next opportunities will come from.
Protect the experience.
Demonstrate that growth never comes at the expense of standards, communication, or follow-through.
Earn the next stripe.
Finish with proof, a clear plan, and an honest readiness conversation.
The weekly standard
Accountability should be visible.
Use this lightweight scorecard to see the week honestly. Targets are a standard for building the habit—not a substitute for judgment, coaching, or client care.
This week’s activity
Choose the current operating role, enter the week honestly, and save it to the shared tracker. Targets are coaching standards—not a substitute for judgment, client care, or market context.
One scorecard. Five operating bands.
Signed agreements and referrals received are recorded when applicable and are not forced into a quota. Team leads also carry the leadership responsibilities in the foundation below.

Bring proof, not just updates.
Use every check-in to name what happened, what is stuck, and what you will do next.
When signed in, submit this check-in to the shared tracker so your FTO can review it. Submit the same week again to edit the existing record; a duplicate week updates instead of creating a second record.
How we operate
The Frontline Operating Standard.
Every agent and affiliate must know exactly what good Frontline performance means: document the work, protect the trust, and deliver the complete service.
Document the work.
Every conversation, follow-up, decision, and handoff has a clear home in the system.
Protect the trust.
Communicate early, own the next step, and make the client experience feel as intentional as the brand.
Build the legacy.
Serve first-responder families with the discipline to create opportunity, ownership, and long-term impact.
Every client receives the full Frontline experience.
Use this checklist for every buyer or seller relationship. Record only a non-confidential internal label—never enter client names, addresses, financial information, or private documents.
Day 90 / Readiness review
Do not advance because 90 days passed. Advance because the proof is there.
The finish line is a conversation about readiness, standards, service, activity, and the next plan. If more reps are needed, the path gives you a clear place to return—not a vague feeling that you are behind.
Ready to review when you have:
- Completed the 90-day checkpoints and submitted your scorecard.
- Maintained visible weekly activity and a clean pipeline.
- Demonstrated system, communication, and client-service standards.
- Completed the separate Day 30, Day 60, and Day 90 FTO sign-off records.
